The Midland RockHounds are an affiliate team of the Oakland Athletics MLB team and play their home games at Security Bank Ballpark in Midland Texas. The local area has just over 200,000 residents, so for the RockHounds to average such large crowds every season since moving to Citibank Ballpark, gives an idea of how well supported the team is.
